To extend the life of your handbag please treat with care. We strongly recommend spraying fabrics with a protective spray such as scotch guard to keep your bags looking clean and new. We do not recommend machine washing or dry cleaning your handbag. Some of our bags come with a plastic/cardboard bottom that could get damaged. Spot clean only if necessary. We suggest testing a small area with mild soap and cold water. Designs By Beth Ann cannot be held responsible for damage to merchandise due to overuse, washing, or dry cleaning. |

If you've seen a fabric before but do not currently see it on our website this means that we have run out of that fabric and will be replacing it with a new selection soon, so please keep checking back with us. Also, if you see a fabric selection that you love but it is not available in the handbag that you love, email us and we will try our best to work with you to design the purse of your dreams. If you are unsure about any combination of materials or accessories just contact us and we will be more than happy to work with you and give you advice about which are the best combinations. |

The colors and tones of the fabrics, bags, and greeting cards that you see on our website may vary slightly. Every effort has been made to ensure that our photographs are color balanced correctly and show items as they appear in person. Since custom orders are non-returnable and because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we urge you to contact us if you have any questions at all regarding any of the items on our website. Since each bag is custom made, each sale is considered final and MAY NOT be returned or exchanged. In rare cases that your order was not processed correctly or there is a manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange your order for another item if you contact us immediately and items are returned within 10 days of receipt of original purchase. We do not refund shipping charges. |

Designs By Beth Ann processes all orders through PayPal.com. This ensures security and privacy for all of our customers. You do not need to be a PayPal customer to use this service. You can simply use your credit card through PayPal's secure gateway. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. |

For all custom made orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Orders are shipped via Priority Mail. If you require faster service, email us at designsbybethann@yahoo.com and we will try our best to work with you. Or, please check out our new ready-made bags which can be delivered in 5-7 days. Gift certificates are shipped first class mail so please allow 3-5 days for delivery. |

All orders placed inside the state of Nevada will be subject to a 6.5% sales tax. This tax will be added to your order at the time of payment. |
